Centurion Maxi-Mate Rotary Arm Swing Gate Operator

The MAXI-MATE rotary arm swing gate operator is a proven workhouse in heavy domestic and light industrial swing gate applications. The high efficiency and high torque DC driven gearbox combined with the rotary arm mechanism results in a system offering exceptional strength and unparalleled reliability.

The MAXI-MATE operators are powered by a high torque geared 12 DC motor coupled to a chain reduction gearbox. The systems use a 12V maintenance free battery as the primary power source. The battery is charged via a mains electricity supply or solar panel.

The operator is available for mounting directly to the gate support pillar, referred to as WALL MOUNTING, or onto a steel post positioned forward of the gate, referred to as PEDESTAL MOUNTING. The MAXI-MATE is recommended for swing gates with a leaf width no more than 4m and a leaf mass not exceeding 350kg.

OPERATING FEATURES

The MAXI-MATE uses the CP77 controller which has been tried and tested in the field since 1995. The controller is mounted in a separate weatherproof enclosure with the charger and other accessories such as radio receiver etc. The controller enclosure is large enough to house a low capacity maintenance free battery (7AH) for domestic applications. In multi-user applications a large capacity battery is required which must be mounted in a separate weatherproof enclosure alongside the controller.

The CP77 controller offers a wide range of useful features to suit from the most basic to complex installations.
